Thank you for shopping at our website. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products you purchased with us.



The capitalized words in this Return and Refund Policy have specific meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions will have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural form.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Goods” refer to the items offered for sale on the Service, regardless of whether they are tangible or digital.

Even though we are confident you will enjoy our products and goods, we understand that you may want or need to cancel your Order from our Website in certain situations. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, as described below according to the type of Good, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


Purchase of Recurring Digital Goods and/or Subscriptions (“Subscription”): Your payment for the Services will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription cycle. You are entitled to cancel your Subscription at any time by contacting our support at the email mentioned above. The cancellation will come into effect on the following day of the Subscription cancellation, after which you will be downgraded and/or denied access to the Subscription and/or to the Services. The cancellation will not grant you the right to a refund and/or in-store credit for a partial Subscription cycle.
Purchase of One-Time Digital Goods: You are entitled to cancel your Order within 7 days from the purchase, without giving any reason for doing so, by contacting our support at the email mentioned above. If a purchased Digital Good does not perform as described on the Website, you may contact our support at any time, and we will examine your claim. If found justified, we will refund you. Refunds shall not be granted in cases of purchase abuse.
Purchase of Digital Services as Digital Goods (Digital Services): Due to the uniqueness and personal nature of Digital Services, returns and refunds will be conducted on a discretionary basis. We have the sole and complete discretion to assess cancelation requests on a case-by-case basis. Please send your cancelation request to our support at the email mentioned above. We will consider factors such as the Terms of Use and whether the Digital Services were executed according to our highest standards. We may also consider instances of misconduct and/or improper use of the Digital Services. Incomplete Orders may be canceled up to 7 days after the Order has been placed. Completed Orders or completed milestones may be canceled up to 3 days after the delivery of the Digital Services or the Notice of them, whichever is the latest.

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.


In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
The Goods are in the original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry has passed.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods to the following address:


We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
