Digital Goods Delivery Policy

Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times: All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving a confirmation email. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. The processing time is in addition to the shipment time, which varies according to the chosen shipment method and is determined by the shipment carrier.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your Order, we will contact you via the email or telephone number you provided.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is free of charge. The estimated delivery time varies according to your location and is between 5 to 14 days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are not always within our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your Order. All fees, such as tariffs, taxes, tolls, etc., imposed during or after shipping, are the customer’s responsibility.
